If you hurt your back and realize it may be serious, seek medical attention immediately. Don’t delay; you might have hurt the inner workings of your back which can be aggravated even more. If your back pain is present for more than a couple of days, you should consult with a physician to make sure that your back has not suffered a serious injury.
