Any kind of exercise really, but preferably aerobic exercise like running, swimming, using an elliptical machine, etc. You will find that within minutes or even seconds of going from being sedentary to doing aerobic exercise you will experience sinus pressure relief.

You could easily jump in the shower or a pool, but for some reason, water has a magical quality that makes sinus congestion and pressure go away. It helps me calm down and allows me to focus on my breathing and my body and that helps a lot.
The third way that I learned how to relieve sinus pressure is to sit up or stand up straight with excellent posture. As strange as it sounds, concentrating on your structure and making sure that you are not hunching over or laying down in some contorted way makes a significant difference.
And the last big secret I figured out is that when only one side of your face is congested and you can only breath out of your right nostril for instance (meaning the left nostril is blocked), lay down on the bed facing the right so that your clear nostril is closest to the bed and the blocked nostril is further away from the bed and above the clear one. This technique is literally like magic! Watch what happens within less than 5 minutes and you will be amazed at the relief you get.
